Do you know where you want to go but are not sure how to see everything you want to see? Do you hate searching for the perfect hotel? Does the idea of a travel agent scare you? Do you want to have the final decision on where you book?

That’s where I come in!

Hi, I’m Pamela and I’ve been traveling the world for over 20 years. I am a type-A, plan-a-holic-traveler with a desire to take in all the world and what a destination has to offer. I know that not all travelers can be like me (in fact, my husband is definitely not like me).

When talking to others about traveling I hear “I don’t know where to start” or “I really want to go to Paris but the idea of planning is overwhelming” or “There’s so much information on the internet I don’t know where to start.” None of these reasons should stop you from traveling. You just need a bit of help!

I started as a travel consultant, providing recommendations on hotels, restaurants, tours, activities, and more – leaving you in control of what you book. I became a travel advisor in 2024 to have more access to deals and specials so make sure you get the best value for your time and money.

Why me?

• I’ve traveled to over 40 countries on seven continents in a variety of styles from budget to luxury, solo to group, with friends and family.
• Planning is my passion. I live for discovering new places, trying new foods, and getting off the beaten path.
• I read about travel for hours a day, every day.
• I have a large network of travel bloggers and companies to reach out to for personal recommendations.
• I want to make every trip the best trip ever.

How does it work?

What do you offer?

Travel Consultancy Services: These are provided for a fee that will be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on what you are looking for.

Destination Guidance- You’ll receive 5 recommendations on destinations to go and a brief 2-3 paragraphs about why it would be a great destination for you. This is perfect for those planning a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, or anyone else who is unsure sure where to go.

Route Consultancy – Have a general idea of where and when you want to travel but are not sure if it’s too much or too little? Ask the expert! I’ll help guide your route so you stay within your budget and don’t miss those absolute-must-see destinations. I will also tell you if you’ve overplanned your time and look for ways to save time.

Accommodation Consultancy – Sometimes finding the best place to stay can be frustrating and overwhelming. What neighborhood should you stay in? AirBnB or hotel? Have a favorite hotel chain (or loyalty program?) I’ll provide a minimum of 5 places to stay at your destination.

Cruise/Flight/Trip Research: Want someone to do the hard research and provide options that fit your budget and style, but want to book yourself – no problem!

Full Itinerary Planning – The best option for the person that doesn’t want to be bothered at all. Your budget, timeframe, group size, and style will be incorporated into the itinerary. Your itinerary will come in a PDF form including flight options, accommodations, attractions/activities/tours, restaurant recommendations, and tips!

Travel Agency Services

Research & Booking: Able to find deals and promotions not available without a travel advisor!

Support with travel insurance: Can recommend and book travel insurance so your trip is protected.

Support leading up to the trip: Answer any questions you have about the trip, share tips and tricks for the destination, provide information regarding visas (if required).

Assistance during the trip: If anything goes wrong, I’m here to help – flight delays? medical issues? The hotel doesn’t have your check in? I’m here to help!

Planning any trip abroad can be overwhelming at first. I was really glad to have Pam’s insight and recommendations for all things travel. She guided us through must see destinations and out of the way points of interest. We really enjoyed two memorable foodie tours in Florence and in Rome. Terms & Conditions

Yep – the boring, yet super important – stuff! After the phone or Zoom call, I will provide an outline of the services being rendered, including what you can expect to receive. The invoice will be included with this outline. I request payment in full, in advance, upon receipt of the completed invoice. Each invoice is custom-made to your travel requirements and requests. If you are using companies via travel advisor, then you will not be charged. This will be noted in the invoice.

Travel consultancy: I will share any tips, recommendations, or websites that are based on my experience or research. I will provide itinerary suggestions. You book your flights, accommodation, car rental, day trips, restaurants, etc. You are responsible for visas, travel insurance, or other requirements.

Travel advisor clients: I will share any tips, recommendations, or websites that are based on my experience or research. I can book as much or as little of the trip as you would like.

The information you will receive reflects the price and availability at the time of sending and cannot be guaranteed after that. I recommended booking in advance for full availability.

If you are unable to travel and need to reschedule the trip, you can still use any information provided. If you need further help due to rescheduling, I can offer a discounted consultancy rate.

Once you receive your information, we can schedule a 30-minute call to address any additional questions you may have. If you need changes or would like more information, I will send you a quote for any extra hours before billing. If you’re a travel advisor client, this is included.

I decline any responsibility for problems you may encounter with your transportation, accommodation, restaurants, attractions, and anything else that may go wrong.
